Anita Ribout 200H R.Y.T.

A consistent yoga practice can reveal ways to help us create more positivity and peace both on and off the mat. Cultivating inner strength to deal with uncertainty helps build a personal sense of resiliency. My classes provide a supportive environment for students to feel their own personal power and strength while also having some fun.  We can do our best while also remembering to play in our yoga practice as well as our day to day lives.  Thanks to yoga I continue to learn how to get out of my own way! I completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in October 2016 from Gathering Tree Yoga while studying with Kimberly Payne.
