Zumba with Carol!

Carol will be leading us through a fun, interval-style, calorie-burning, high-energy, dance fitness class. It will include Salsa, Merengue, ChaCha and Bachata! Zumba is a total body workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. PLUS, it will boost energy levels!

Carol has been teaching various classes for over 20 years including Hi Low, Step, Kickboxing, weight training, core classes and more!

Bring a towel, some water, and get ready to move and grove and have some FUN!
