As a former competitive athlete, I have always been active. However, my entire lifestyle changed in 2011.  After the birth of my second daughter, only 12 months after my fiirst, I found myself on a true journey for health and wellness.  I became part of a postnatal exercise program that not only helped me navigate on a path of overall well-being and fitness, but inspired me to pursue group exercise as a career.  It was in seeing my own change that energized me to be the change and help others on their personal journeys.  
I became an AFAA certified group fitness instructor with specialities in Mat Pilates and Prenatal & Postpartum fitness.  

My fitness passions run the gamut.  I am a frequent participant in yoga, barre and high-energy cardio classes. Even teachers need to be students! It is the continual guidance of many great trainers, instructors and my clients that help me find constant inspiration.  

After taking my first barre class, I knew I wanted bring that workout to others. Why I took to it instantly was the melding of fitness practices: isometric muscle-targeting, Pilates and yoga philosophies combine to create a full-body workout that completely transforms you.  In my classes, I will help you strengthen, lengthen, burn and tone in a highly-effective, low-impact/high-energy workout.
