Yoga has always been there to challenge me, heal me, and help me see my true self and the beauty in the world around me. Along with my family and friends, yoga continues to shape me into the person I am and strive to be. As a competitive golfer, I came to yoga to increase my flexibility, strength, and mental skills and ultimately fell in love with the practice. I have always had a passion for health and fitness, taking classes in yoga, spinning, Zumba, kick boxing, weight lifting, and pilates and in 2013 decided to deepen my yoga experience. I had the amazing opportunity to take my 200 hour teacher training at Krysia Energy Studio and learn from Krysia, Deanna, Susan, and Ginny. Time on the mat brings about clarity, joy, and peace, which I hope to bring to everyone in my classes. My classes are energetic and harmonious to help you discover the best version of yourself. My hope is to share the beautiful messages and the practice of yoga to everyone I can.
